Return & Refund Policy – Promax Sports
At Promax Sports, we aim to provide high-quality sports products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Discounted or clearance sale products
- Customized or special-order items
- Used sports equipment (helmets, protective gear, etc.)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or wrong product received
- Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order number and reason for return
- Our team will verify your request
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
6. Shipping Charges
- If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear shipping cost
- For customer-initiated returns, return shipping charges may apply
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and return policy will apply
