ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Order processing does not take place on Sundays, public holidays, or during unavoidable operational disruptions.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification through phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address, mobile number, and contact details.
  • Delays may occur during festivals, weather disruptions, high order volumes, political disturbances, or courier-related issues.

Orders below ₹1499 may attract shipping fees according to the following structure:

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW

  • Shipping fees generally range from ₹199 to ₹500 depending on destination, weight, and product category.

Important Terms for Express Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and are not guaranteed.
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for courier delays under Express Shipping.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transport disruptions, holidays, operational issues, or recipient unavailability.
  • If an Express Shipping order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, only the product amount may be refunded. Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Express Shipping orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details and courier information will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.

FAILED DELIVERY & RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

Orders may be returned back to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the order
  • Failed COD verification

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
